Would love to call this place home soon!! Update 1/26/2024: I have officially made Canal 1535 my home and I couldn’t be happier. Once again, Elizabeth and Whitney have managed to wow me in every way possible! They made the entire move-in process seamless, from applying to picking up the keys."

"1535 Canal is a nice place to live. I wasn’t able to complete my lease there due to an opportunity that relocated me to another state. The apartment layout are very diverse and offer a variety to suit anyone’s needs. The management team is very kind and communicate effectively. My only con would be that if you have an apartment unit that is located on the Canal street side, then noise will be an issue at night. Of course, if you opt for a unit on the Canal side then you expect noise as it is a parade route but during the pandemic, with no parades, there is noise. Sunday nights are for the car clubs and that parking lot across the street is their stomping grounds into the wee hours of the night. Overall, the walls are insulated very well for an apartment building. There are community events, a large gym space…all of the community amenities are superb! You get a lot of bang for your buck at this place!"
