"This is a very great Apartment that is very well maintained. The Apartment office responds promptly to any issue you report, they've got a regular maintenance and pest control schedule and neighbors are generally friendly and quiet. This is a really nice place to live in."

"I moved in about a month ago and my first week living there I killed more than 10+ roaches . Actually the first day I moved in I had to kill a roach on my counter. The apartment itself looks decent and it’s in a safe area , very quiet & cheap . I have a 6 month lease and when it is over I will be moving out . Don’t recommend unless you like living with roaches ."

"I lived there for a year. It's fairly quiet probably the lowest price for rent that you will get in the city decent location by the lake. Problems were an abundance of roaches! Parking is a major problem as well. Also they come in your apartment for "maintenance" when your not home."
