"RUNNNN!! Go anywhere else!!! Lack of actual amenities and lack of security while residents are actually breaking into other residents residents apartment and even in the lease they put a clause that they don’t have to run background checks on residents is enough to say wow no wonder we don’t have to wonder if it is coming from inside or outside the complex when crime is involved and there are multiple complaints and issues reported to the news and within a facebook group with complaints wishing for help is enough. I wish I had known this four years ago before moving here. No communication from the office and no response alone with all the issues I am done. I’m thankful for the reporters who have done their own stories on this complex and am getting ready for the next one with my one proof. Thank you WDSN and please Google and research before you come here. There are literally pages warning of the issues of management here."

"The parking lot still has a bunch of broken car window glass the gate needs to be fix ASAP. The elevator need to replace they stay broke we live on floors 4-7. The apartments are ice cold because they won't turn on the HEAT you stay sick, it's winter time and you have to sleep with your coat and blanket on inside your apartment. The plumbing is horrible, they need to replace the entire pipe system, this will be the second time my bathroom ceiling has to be replace because of a water leak. The great thing is utilities are included with the rent. But the constant parties are not solving the major issues going on in the duplex."
"After living here for a few months I couldn't be happier. This location is prime, being just across the street from city park. The neighbours are usually friendly and I don't have any complaints about "crazy" neighbours that usually accompany complex living. The washrooms have just been updated and after a few hiccups have turned out to be a positive upgrade. The amenities are numerous. The pool area is well maintained and includes a cabana room you can use to host get togethers. There is a small library, a couple of fitness facilities, a mini movie theatre, and off street parking. There's even a small convenience store/restaurant that has all your basics without having to leave the building. There is always staff on site for any concerns you may have. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Very comfortable living at a reasonable rate. (Utilities included in lease)"
