"Nice place, but no room service and had to go to front desk for toilet paper. tissues, and towels. Etc. For almost $200.00 a nite, shouldn't have to go get our own stuff. Bed was comfy though. Here for 5 nights , and did not see even 1 maid. I'm wondering if we were here longer, would we have had to change our own sheets !?"

"Such a beautiful building in a great spot but the room was terrible. There was a brown nasty stain on the sheets which they just covered with a fitted sheet. They had a car air freshener chip on the a/c. The tissues were soaking wet and there was debris and hair everywhere. The only thing we really liked was that it was a close walking distance to Bourbon St. No housekeeping, no breakfast, and let me also mention to be cautious in the shower. Ot was so unleveled that when you step out, you can easily slip!"

"No trash take out or room serviced. No microwave in room. The shower bar loose allowing the curtain to keep sliding open, getting floor wet. Beautiful visually and in walking distance to everything."

"this hotel should be ashamed. the check in process was a bit disorganized. the room.... debris on the floor, hair in the sink, toilet running and a used dried washcloth on the shower rod. the opted to switch my room. the "new" room was also dirty and the beds were not made. they offered me a discount on my 1st night which was not enough but i was too tired to argue for more. the proximity to Canal and Bourbon streets was good but that place needs a deep clean and renovation"

"The front desk staff was amazing. Yet, it rain and it rained in our room. Water dripping over our head. Housekeeping does not come to your room during your staff. Which means you clean yourself, have a pile of dirty towels yet can't blame no one for stealing. They have security at night yet they didn't check us to see if we belong there. They didn't offer breakfast even though it was as advertised. But it's in a great location"
