"Maison Perrier is hands down the most authentic, charming, and inviting place to stay in New Orleans! We hope to only stay there on all future visits. "This was a great place to stay! The owners, Tom and Patricia, were both very helpful with anything we needed. They made sure we had vegetarian options for breakfast and were able to recommend some great places for vegetarians to eat! It was great being able to walk down to Magazine St or up to the St Charles streetcar line to get downtown."

"Highly recommend this bed and breakfast. It has it all: very kind staff, superb location, and cozy atmosphere. This B&B is filled with a lot of love and attention to detail. Our room (Pearl) was perfect for two people. We had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed having a lounge chair by the windows for reading. The towels are EXCELLENT. We appreciated that the windows are fully operational, as we like to let in fresh air. The common spaces are also lovely. We sat on the front porch (there are several rocking chairs!) and in the front sitting room for several hours, as we did some teleworking. A neighborhood cat even paid us a visit outside :) We were also SO pleased with the location. It is just around the corner from Magazine street, which is full of excellent restaurants, upscale bars, and coffee shops. We strongly prefer the food scene here over places closer to the French quarter…. But, for those wanting to go to the French Quarter: the St Charles streetcar is just a 3 minute walk from the B&B. The neighborhood here is very safe and friendly. We went for many walks and enjoyed chatting with some of the neighbors. If we ever return to New Orleans, we will most certainly return to Maison Perrier."

"Tom and Patricia are so very helpful and friendly, The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. It is not a chain hotel and so get a more personal touch ,everybody speaks in a very friendly way and you get to talk to the other guests over breakfast. I have really enjoyed my stay at Maison Perrier Thank you Tom, Patricia and all the staff for making my first trip to New Orleans very special."

"Maison Perrier is the quintessential B&B with all the charm, hospitality, and attention-to-detail you see depicted in movies. Tom and Patricia are fantastic hosts, and they provide an outstanding experience. Located in the Garden District and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and attractions, I recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable NOLA experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed, and though I sometimes get a little creeped out by historic houses and antique furniture, I did not get a single Victorian ghost child vibe in there. 10/10, I'd stay there again."
