"I cant believe all the 5 stars about customer service, maybe the stoner I got was just covering for someone? Drove 30 minutes to get there, had plans and drawings in hand and said I needed assistance finding the right hardware and open to suggestions. The guy didn't even look at my layouts, I even had them spread out CLEARLY wanting to show him. He just leaned against a wall 5' away listening to me. I mentioned maybe I could use a fountain tub filler, he said "sorry, we don't carry those". That was pretty much the extent of his less than engaged conversation. The dude was horrible. We left, feeling like our time was wasted by someone with no interest in selling us anything. I went to their competitor les than 20 seconds away (In the same park). The lady sat down with me, looked at my drawings, made alternative suggestions I hadn't thought about... They even gave us coffee and showed us around... you know, like a REAL sales person. I'll never waste my time here again."
"Customer service is excellent! But couple suggestions that need to be taking care of: 1) Have all your customers pay for the order online, send shipment ticket via email, and etc. to reduce pollution, save them trees, and save the planet. And we all know now a days everything is in the palms of your hands. 2) Your delivery truck needs to have the name of the company because customers won't know if it's LCR or what have you."
