Shaley has been incredibly patient with our dogs and made sure they feel comfortable, including but not limited to: multiple meet and greets, brainstorming the best way to set-up the house for the puppies to feel safe, working on donning/doffing harnesses, and making adjustments based on how the pups are doing each day! Communicating with Shaley and making changes our schedule is a breeze and Shaley always leaves an update on how the woofers did that day! Solid 10/10 for Shaley and Scratch N’Sniff!"

"I have used Shaley at Scratch N' Sniff for at least five years and she has been fantastic. It's obvious she is simpatico with animals and our kitties love her. She is very professional, reliable and flexible. There have been times when I have needed last minute visits and she has always come through. When we're away for more than a day she sends photos so we can get our fur baby fix. We also get written reports of each visit. One of our cats requires pills and Shaley has no problem with that.
