"A bit spendy because of the location, and the should DEFINITELY let people at least donate equipment they want to have there or use,( some people have limited space), but other than those things, it's a fairly nice gym. It's close so it's easier to go. ( Always pick the closest place, it's far easier to actually go regularly)"

"Instead of supplying wipes or paper towels and spray bottles the manager put out dirty towels to wipe machines down. They completely stopped cleaning the bathrooms and locker rooms, they used to be cleaned every Friday top to bottom, now the tiles have pink and black mold in the grout, and there has been the same piece of gum on the shower floors for months. The manager claimed the lack of cleaning supplies was “due to the ice storm” but when visiting the other locations in town they are all clean and stocked, and the 82nd manager let us know there was no delay due to the ice storm. There is constantly a team of “membership” employees on staff calling people trying to get them to open accounts, yet no staff cleaning the facilities. If you bring any of this to the managers attention he simply chuckles and disregards you or hangs up the phone on you. Every other location in town is great, this location is a waste of time, and a risk to your health."

"This place was nice and clean in 2022. I came back to PDX and rejoined in 2023. It’s so gross!! I only ever see one nice lady cleaning but it not enough. The locker rooms are ok but the weight area is a mess. The floor is disgusting and 80% of the times the wipes are out. I wish they would go back to the old spray bottle paper towel option. The equipment is rusty but usually working and the morning desk staff is nice. They need to hire a cleaning staff to hit this place well at night. Would it be so hard for some of the membership team to get off their butts and vacuum twice a day?? I can see your not doing much."

"Signed up for a guest pass but was unable to use it because the "customer service representative" who is apparently the only one who can activate it wasn't working at that time. The functional training area with the sled and turf is nice, but there are no resistance or rogue bands of any sort anywhere in the building to use (I asked), and as far as I could tell no barbell thrust setup or equivalent machine. I'm in the area for a short time but rehabbing an ACL injury and trying to follow my typical PT/strengthening routine, and it was disappointing that such a large gym didn't have the things I need. Maybe I'll try another location next time."
