"I highly recommend using Compassionate Care. Our dog was not a fan of the vet, so this in-home experience was truly a blessing to give him a peaceful send off. Dr. Stacy was extremely patient, sweet, and compassionate. She took the time to learn about our dog, explained each step, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our friend. I'd give six stars if I could."
"Not so compassionate or caring business model. I had made arrangements to use this company but wanted to do a "visual" fire based cremation because of my beliefs and the need to properly send my best friend off through fire and the ritual of anointing him with sage, roses, written prayers only possible at Animal Family Services. Though CC uses this place for fire cremation - they weren't willing to deliver my dog there unless I only did the regular (not viewing) fire cremation so the cremains would come back to them instead of my being able to place my guy into the chamber and optionally watch for the 3 hours getting the cremains the same day. Because of these people, I was on the phone trying to arrange a different euthanasia vet the last hour my dog was alive. He passed on his own while I was on the phone, thankfully, at least I was in the room with him. I'm so disappointed in this company at a delicate time!"
"This morning Marie, at Compassionate Care , help send our dog over the Rainbow Bridge. She was kind, caring - explaining the process along the way and made sure that our Nomi was sent peacefully -- that you so much --Julie and Sean Sosman"
