"***UPDATE *** I am now receiving threatening letter stating they will send me to collections!! My cat was seen ONCE on 4/3/23. The plan states i can cancel anytime, but they won't honor that. Also, i never signed the agreement!! My copy is unsigned.... I feel bullied :( . Service I received in 4/2023 OK. Agreed to the Wellness Plan and told I could cancel any time. Have been attempting to cancel for 2 months; separate phone number/online process. NO luck as I have not gotten any response to emails nor does anyone answer the phone. Went in person to the Store to cancel in person today and was told they can't do it, I have to call the number. They said it would probably be easiest to block the payments thru my financial institution... which they did in 7 minutes over the phone !!! It feels "greedy" to me so I won't return for any future services."

"I do not recommend Banfield Hospital especially Everett Banfield. Poor services! They don’t take urgent care for your pets, only scheduled visits for checkup that they can make more money with extra charges outside limited wellness plan. Every time we call trying to get a doctor appointment for our sick pets, they give us a regular schedule for a week or a month away without caring about what we need. New receptionists and a manager need to get some better training on customer services. Why would we continue to stay longer with Banfield."

"I do not recommend the Everett Banfield. I took my dog there a few months ago and felt the veterinarian was quite rude. I don't know his name as he didn't even introduce himself. They were supposed to get a prescription for me for dog food. I waited 4 or 5 days for them to tell me it was ready. Had to call 2 more times before they finally followed through. Monday I sent a prescription renewal in to Costco for my dog's arthritis medication. I went to Costco to pick it up 4 days later only to find out the Vet had denied it. No phone call...nothing, during that 4 days. My dog must have his medication in order to walk without pain and I was almost out of the medication. He does very well on it and can't be without it. . I waited at Costco for 2 hours for this to get straigtened out. The medication is not a controlled substance. Since I pay Banfield each month this should have never been denied! I am so fed up with the Everett Banfield, I will never go back."

"I never had issues at least the one in Everett so far i have been taking my dog their. I do recommend getting a wellness plan."
