"The check will n process at this hotel is a joke! We arrived around 4 and there was just one guy working at the counter with a big line. The guy was really nice but also responsible for opening the sliding door for anyone walking in. We waited for about 30 minutes to get to the counter. Then we were told our room want ready and he’d have to come get us in the lobby when it was. My husband had to keep checking with him as he was busy checking in other people. Finally about an hour and 15 minutes after we arrived we got our room. The room was fine, but we were tired once we finally got in. It’s a big hotel. There should be more people at the front desk for the 4 oclock checkin. It was ridiculous! First impressions can ruin the experience. We won’t go back."
"Checked in late evening on a Friday night. Just like others said, some homeless around the area. Not much of a concern because the police station is right behind the hotel. The front desk lady Lindy was super welcoming. Answered all my questions patiently. At one point there was an issue with how my package was book, but she offered help without hesitation and the concern addressed without hiccup. Underground parking was great, could have added plugs or chargers for EV. Location is great, lots to see and do around the area. Will book again without hesitation. Thank you Lindy!"
"This place is smack dab in the middle of the ghetto! We pulled up and there were homeless people everywhere. It was nice they had a parking garage, but kinda scary outside for sure. The doors did lock after you went out so that was nice. Smaller rooms, friendly staff."
"I have stayed here weeks at a time for business and then chose here for family outings! For 2 years now, I have picked another hotel in Everett that I love. It is beautiful and staff know me by name. My travel coordinator could not get me into my first or second choice hotel, so I had reservations here for 4 nights. I confirmed my reservation 2 days prior. I arrived on Monday October 23rd, after 5 pm. The front desk gentleman said he only had the reservation, but the payment was not authorized, so I would need to pay for the entirety of the stay plus their ridiculous $14 a day for parking. He left without saying a word and went and got his manager. She said my stay was not paid for. She said she could not check me in without pay. She was so rude to me and told me to go sit down so she could help others. They were not willing to check me in and follow up with travel in the morning. The State books many rooms with Marriott. I was humiliated and treated so poorly. The travel office had left for the day. I ended up having to stay in a colleagues room at another hotel. I did not care to see the staff or other guests. I tried to cancel one night to get the issue resolved but the hotel told me to call reservations. So I spent an hour on the phone with reservations who told me that I had to get the hotel to cancel the night. The following day. Travel called the hotel to talk to Brittany regarding the issue and she was completely rude and argumentative and said there was no credit card authorization. The ironic thing is Brittany was the Marriott employee who acknowledged the credit card Auth the week prior! Calls to Quinn the manager were not returned. Washington state pays for multiple rooms there weekly but rest assured that travel will arrange stays elsewhere!"
"Nice hotel, well located with safe underground car park. Rooms are nice, big and the beds very comfy. The cleanliness isn’t perfect though. Staff is pleasant, and helpful. Please do something with the lobby/cafe area where all the lights are down, no music, nothing on the table. Warm up the space! Definitely recommend for Everett."
