"First time here and we’d happily go back. The staff was really nice. We had a wonderful view looking west and north from the second floor. The hotel was very clean and had nice relaxing lobby. My wife wished they had a hot tub, but the pool was nice and to my son’s liking. Plenty of amenities and restaurants in the immediate area. The breakfast from the Jetty Bar was okay, but it was brought to our room in to go containers so next visit I’d eat in the dining room or go elsewhere."
"Good place to stay and an excellent location. Customer service was phenomenal, the rooms very spacious and clean. The pool and the downstairs restaurant were a bonus and we used them both. A very relaxing weekend. Now if you reserve a room try one away from the elevators, after the quiet hours of 10pm it seems like a bunch of people forget the time of the day and come through the hallways as loud as they can possibly be talking, running and just chaos. Not too the hotels fault but man the insulation of the rooms can be better. Overall I highly recommend this location."
"I was excited to try this hotel. My girlfriends and I were having a weekend together while wedding dress shopping. The air conditioner rattled constantly, the sink was clogged with tons of hair, the seal on the shower came off and fell on me while trying to get out of the shower. The bar staff was good, but actually sitting at a table, it took a very long time to get service and then they never came over to check on us. We had also paid extra for a Marine View room, which at a certain angle you could see the marina on the other side of the parking lot. I took these concerns to the front desk and the response from the lady made us all uncomfortable. She clasped her hands together, looked down, closed her eyes, started rocking and kept repeating how sorry she was. We decided to walk away because we didn't want to cause her any more distress. The topper was when we woke up the next morning and pulled the top blanket down, it looked like dried blood on it. We all checked ourselves to make sure we were not bleeding. I told the manager when we left and she took $100 off the bill and asked me to text her a photo of the blood. It's appreciated, but we all left feeling very uncomfortable and dirty."
"Went here for work and was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel for the price. Rooms are a decent size with ample space to actually do work, store your luggage, and sleep. Restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey for what it is but tons of walkable options near by. I will definitely stay here again."
"The rooms at the Hotel Indigo are very nice, but could be improved upon. Ours was almost completely clean, but the rug areas had not been well-vacuumed and there were bits of dirt and fluff on the rug and just under the bed. We would have liked to have two window seats for a room with two, queen-sized beds. Because we were on the second floor, the events being hosted at the hotel were quite loud until about 1:30 am. I'm sure upper floors are quieter. You can also hear lots of hallway sounds quite loudly though the hotel room door. That didn't bother us too much but might for others. The chest-in service was easy. Housekeeping barged in without knocking early morning of our second day, but that was not their fault -- we'd been checked out by the night crew without informing us. Easy mistake to make but it was disconcerting for us."
