"Do not stay here for a vacation. This is some sort of halfway house / residence of last resort. They treat you like you're in a prison with all the security measures and I can see why with some of the people staying there. There were unsupervised children in the room above us moving furniture around and banging on doors/cabinets until 2AM every night. People in the lobby and parking lot look like drug users/sellers. I don't recommend even parking there."

"There were addicts staying there. Addicts hanging around the building. Drug deals in the parking lot. Bed was uncomfortable, as hard as a rock. There was an extension cord going from the 1st floor window to a car. At night, doors were slamming, and people were yelling. There were stains on the curtains and bathtub. The room had a cigarette smell even though it was non-smoking."

"After staying here for awhile and being from out of state, the area like most is under constant pressure of people roaming the parking lot day or night, looking for that quick smash and grab. I don't recall ever seeing any one like security driving or walking around. The room was okay and it wasn't clean by any means. I found trash behind the small table next to the bed. I did not realize that the traffic on I-5 is constantly moving and noisy. I did not know that I was being charged for linens every week when my bed was only being changed every two. I pointed out that the shower curtain had a strange smell to it dry and wet was worse. They swapped it out. Smell was gone. I know a lot of employees smoke, but out near the front door is really a turn off as it follows you when you walk by and into the desk area. Best advice is to make your reservation directly with them if you stay here. Ask lots of questions."

"I just checked in and my room is dirty (see pictures). No toilet paper in the room and when I called down to the front desk, I was told that they were out and that I could come downstairs to get a couple of paper towels. It’s supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but I could smell weed in the elevator and hall. The only chair in the room has ripped upholstery. The best part of the hotel is the woman at the front desk. Very kind. I wouldn’t stay here again. P.S. I’ve included some pics but I spared you the pictures of the pubic hair left on the toilet."

"Location is ok.. that’s about it. Do not stay here. There were two amazing staff members, the others are the complete opposite extremely rude and hostile. Not to mention how filthy my room was upon check in. From toenails in the bath tub, dirty dishes(not even a full set that I paid for, had to go to front desk for a fork and a pot), to all the blood all over the room. This is nasty and it seems like most people who stay in this place are on drugs. There was even one screaming in the lobby the other day. Needle caps in the lobby by the elevator and all over the parking lot. Get ready to also walk into the managers cloud of cigarette smoke as she smokes right at the front door. And watch your every step for dog poop. It is EVERYWHERE. The rooms are super loud you hear everything your next door and upstairs neighbours do as well. I wasn’t excepting a 5 star by staying here but man I at least expected it to be sanitary when you pay 2 grand plus hidden fees. Anyways, here’s some pictures of blood and other dirty things."
