Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett

"Sadly, this was one of the very rare bad experiences I've ever had staying at Marriott Hotels. I am up at night due to my work schedule so the last thing I wanted on this night was for my cable in my room to go out at 11pm and never again come back on until 10am the next morning. By the time it happened, my wife and I were already settled into our room, she was asleep, but even a move to a different room was not even an option if we have wanted to according to the front desk clerk. When I discussed this with the manager the next morning, to make matters even worse, we were offered absolutely no sort of refund, discount, or anything. I will not be staying here again after all of this. Very disappointing..."

"When something goes wrong, that is the time when a company shines bright or falters. In this case, I left my laptop charger. It would have been a lot easier and less expensive to buy a replacement than to go through their lost item return. I called and messaged several times per week, approximately 10 messages/talking to the front desk. 40 days later, I got a return call. Every message asked me my information, and I gave my UPS account number to ship my item. The call back was for my information to text or email me a blank form to fill in all the same information and pay $33.00 for $4.80 postage because they won't ship on my account or let me send them a shipping label. Very rigid, clunky system. After talking to the front desk and escalating to the manager, I would have thought that they would make some effort to resolve the issue for all of our sake. If you work in customer service and don't have a heart for the customer- you're in the wrong business."

"I’ve stayed here a few times and I always had a great experience. Last time we got our room upgraded thanks to the bonvoy elite status. We had access to the pantry in the top floor which was very convenient. Staff were really nice and easy to deal with. I was offered late check out which was nice as well. I will come back!"

"WOW, how do I express how poor the service is at this location. I rented a room for an employee. There systems was down when she checked in. They took her card for "incidentals", but when the system came back up they charged her card for the whole amount. They didn't even find the mistake, my employee did. When they did "fix" it, they said it will take an additional 3-5 business days for the money to get back on her card. She has a car payment coming out before that and will overdraft. When I called to get this fixed for my employee they told me that they had fixed it as far as they were concerned and it was the bank's fault. How is the bank at fault?, I'm not sure either. When I demanded to know how they would make my employee whole, the lady on the phone had the audacity the laugh. She did say I could leave a message for the manager, but according to her it was still not their fault. WOW!, don't go to this location, they incompetent and don't care when they hurt people. P.S. Don't worry, I'll make sure to pay any overdraft fees for my employee."

"This was a great hotel! It seems brand new, is super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Having an indoor pool and on-site fitness center was also nice. We didn’t want to pay $18/person for the breakfast buffet but we ordered a la carte off the menu in the restaurant and the food was delicious! Our server Jessica was the nicest hotel employee I have ever met- truly a ray of sunshine. I’d love to stay here again!"
