"Their team has always been great to us. A few years ago, after a tough diagnosis for our older pitbull mix, they gave us a number of thoughtful options and we ended up choosing a surgical procedure that fixed the mobility issue in the meantime. This was a complicated one that was well-executed by the veterinarian, and ended up giving our dog nearly four more good years of life with little effect to her still-active lifestyle. We're very thankful for those years with her and even when things were more complicated and difficult near the end when old age and the original diagnosis started catching up, they made the end-of-life care easier for us, and discussed frankly and sympathetically about all of our options - all the while with financial considerations in mind. Overall, we spent very little across many visits and always felt like we were able to make the right decisions with their help. Dulce had some great, healthy times her last few years and the end was quick and peaceful, thanks to their help. Thank you to the team and we always plan on bringing our animals here. - Dulce's family"
"Thank you for everything you've done to help me and my dogs with the good days and bad. Updated review. Amazing doctor and staff. Had two dogs pass away during the pandemic and they were so supportive during the whole process. One left me the day before Father's Day 2020 during the height of nothing being opened or accessible. It was raining terrible and they were not allowing the humans in the building but we couldn't take care of things outside and I couldn't let my Brian leave all alone. They got him set up and comfortable and let me in the building. Due to all the rules at the time the IV doctor ran was 5 or 6 feet away across the room but she stayed and administered his medicine and she stepped away to give me time. I stayed with him and called the front desk and they helped take care of his services afterwards. I then lost another dog February 2022 which was pretty close to regular treatment but I think they still weren't really letting humans inside the office but it was far less hands off with Arya. Since then we've adopted a Chihuahua rescue and a kitty that was dumped with a sibling on my cousin's farm. They've seen both of them for well-treatment and big boy getting all his vaccines and a little snip snip. I like them so much now if I drive over I'm coming from Vancouver."
"Thank you Dr. Stuie and the whole staff for assisting my best friend Bradley cross the rainbow bridge. I could not ask for a more compassionate and knowledgeable team. If you are in need of good hands for your fur babies, this is your place."
"I just wanted to thank Dr. Stuie (and the rest of the team) for seeing Roland and I quickly, being understanding and flexible about his treatment plan and costs, and for giving plenty of time to ask questions and the like. He's happy to be home, but I think we both expected it to be a more difficult visit, and you all made it as pleasant as can be. As an aside to be fair to both the office and some of the negative reviews: I should point out that the initial treatment plan suggested a few other pieces of treatment (other medications, a shot my cat is behind on, and a preventative option) that I took to be the optimal plan for treatment. I asked about what was truly necessary as a first step, what could be put off, etc., and the Dr. took a lot of time to explain the reasons behind each medication and the positives and negatives of waiting on each. We decided on a step by step plan that felt both within my means at the time and with clear markers on when to decide if more needed to be done. I didn't feel pressured into getting more done and wasn't made to feel negligent for going about treatment in this manner."
"A few rotten apples ruin the barrel. Michelle and Dr. Stuie turned this business from a 5 star to a 1 star with their lack of customer service and wierd unfriendly attitudes. They were especially short and rude to my grandmother whom I told had to switch to Lombard with her dog fozzy. Boy was I wrong. Now they've lost my business and my grandmothers. This place used to be wonderful and my 5 star review goes to a 1, and well gladly never return."
