"I purchased a topical for a cat, before I opened the box the cat died. I chatted with vetsource to hopefully return the script for refund. They refunded the cost of the script and told me to donate to a shelter or needy cat. Extremely great customer service."
"Horrible customer service. Like other reviewers, they failed to notify me that a critical insulin order was not going to be shipped. There was a snow storm, and shipping was slowed, which is fine. But they A) didn't notify me - I had to track it down myself. and B) when I did call, they assured me it would be shipped the next day. ONE FULL WEEK later, and I am without insulin for my cat. And if I hadn't called, they would never have notified me. To say that I am furious is an understatement."
"We get our cat's prescription food from Vetsource. The first few months, we had no issues with the auto-shipment; the last two instances have been awful. One order said it was ready for shipment but two weeks later still had not been sent; the new order they created (when I called in - they had no idea the order hadn't been fulfilled) took almost two weeks to arrive. This month we have waited ten days so far and have only gotten half of the order. We live a four hour drive from Portland...I'm done!"
"We had to say goodbye to our old pup Bo the other day, he had an unexpected medical event that led us to let him pass peacefully. Unfortunately, his monthly medications had processed for shipping. I contacted them to stop the auto ship and see about returning the prescriptions. They are unable to take medicine back but said they would contact my vet to see about their return policy. My vet will take the prescription back and vetsource refunded our money. Thank you Vetsource for your help during this difficult time of losing a family member."
"Absolutely furious!!! I was given a RX from my vet for a medication to calm my dog for July 4th. I paid over $28 for a single tube of the med. I received the medication from Vet Source but didn't open the box because it had to be used within a certain period of time after it is opened. Today July 4th I opened the sealed box to find there was no cap on the syringe and about half of it was squeezed out and hardened inside the box. Now, hours before the fireworks I have nothing to calm my dog (Benadryl doesn't work) and I've wasted $28 for an inch of absolutely useless medication. EDIT -Vet Source reached out to me to rectify the situation. The customer service representative was very professional and helpful. I appreciate their concern and professionalism to solve this issue. The problem was with the medication manufacturer and not with Vet Source."
