"I really wanted to like this shop. I had a rocky experience arranging a periodic food order with them. I visited the shop in person, set up an account, and placed the order for a 10lb bag of dog food for 3 weeks in advance. Fast forward to pick up date (Friday), there was no food to pick up and the explanation I was given was that there was a delay with the vendor and it will be ready the following Tues (4 days later). So I purchase a smaller bag to hold over in the mean time. Tuesday I walk in. No food ready. This time the supervisor told me that the order was never actually placed when I came in 4 weeks prior and I'm fact was placed just days prior upon my Friday visit. Again I purchase a smaller bag to carry over for the next 7 days. Every step along the way I was every excuse and no productive ways to fix the issue at hand. I had to take initiative on the conversations with staff and ask questions. The staff could not even bother to look at me while speaking. Even though the specialty food our dogs need has very few vendors I will definitely be giving my money to a company that is reliable which is not Healthy Pets NW."
