"Coming back to edit my review, wasn't contacted after being told I would be able to be fit in within the next few hours to sell coins, I understand they may have gotten busy or forgotten but the lack of communication felt unprofessional. I will raise the review when I sell tomorrow if I like the service in person. Grateful the person I was talking to got back to me regardless. They have been kind and patient the whole way in communication, it was rather just a lack of responses. Edit: Will not be changing review due to response. I wasn't trying to be a Karen so I do apologize for that but jumping straight to saying "hater" to every relatively negative comment (regaurdless if you are correct) and guilt tripping isn't professional in the slightest.
