"Rude manager. Unorganized store. No. No one helped us. The cashier wouldn't make eye contact. However, the cashier in Sephora was super nice and helpful. She helped me get my account. I have been having trouble with that for a while. Update 3/12/2024 I stood in line for about 5 minutes for a return. No big deal, the woman working was helping another customer. Another employee saw I was waiting and came and helped me. She was very nice and professional, finished my return, and I saw a Lego set my husband has been wanting. There was no price, so I asked the same girl for a price check, and she helped me still quite friendly. It was nice having someone actually be nice and helpful. I liked the price so I decided to buy the set. Went to the front of the store, and only 1 lane was open. Slight wait, but Lisa, the cashier, was super friendly and made sure I got my Kohls cash scanned and paid and was on my way! It seems that this store is understaffed, but the employees are way nicer than some from the past."

"This Kohl's store is awesome. The staff is friendly. They have a ton of items to purchase at great prices for women, girls, men, boys and toddlers. They also take Amazon returns via QR code and it's right next to the toy section, perfect for my 5 year old son. The best part........ no items geared towards trans people or LGBT nutso people."

"Not enough staff, prices keep going up but service and quality going down. Do better Kohls. Apparently they are becoming Sephora with some clothing items. No more Amazon returns, just make up and long lines."

"For an icy day in the PNW, and no one person shopping, a breeze! Got to shop without distractions as me and my daughter were the only ones in the store. Due to the icy weather parking lot was just empty! Nice to see employees fixing the different sections of the store and keeping it tidy, which is nice! Friendly as well!"
