"I'm from Seattle and I stopped in here on a whim while in town just to look at nose jewelry. Kellen was manning the storefront and we got to talking and before I knew it he was sizing my hoop (correctly for the first time in years!!) and I learned how much better my jewelry could look once properly sized to my nose- I've had my piercings for 6 or 7 years at this point and seen plenty of piercers, no one has ever expressed interest in sizing my hoop & post. Kellen was so unbelievably helpful and informative- he even showed me how my original piece was bent and paired with an oversized post which is why it never sat right in the hole. I decided to buy a new piece of (handmade!!!) jewelry from him and have it shipped to me...and wouldn't you know he called me a couple hours later saying it was already done so I could have it before I went home to Seattle. I went back and he put it in that same night, it's so beautiful and I'm so happy with the look and the quality. I'm so incredibly impressed at his willingness to provide such friendly and accommodating customer service. Anyone wanting a piercing shouldn't think twice about going to Kellen!!
