"The floral departments in this location as well as other Fred Meyer locations never seem to let me down. I can usually always find a beautiful, fresh, fragrant arrangement at Fred Meyer for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to people looking for great flowers at a good price."

"Here’s the gross bananas I picked up. I called the store and Kroger customer service and neither was able to help me. So disappointing. Check your order before you take it home from curbside. I’ve never had to do that before. I also got charged extra for pick up fee, I had a $20 coupon For orders over 200 that was not accepted because my two orders individually were not over $200 but together they were over 250"

"Very poor customer service this store especially is lacking any kind of consideration or even common decency . The employees act as if they are better than everyone, idiots if I'm shopping there your working for me. "I love Fred Meyer, but customer service in this store is awful. I was unloading groceries and the cashier told me she is closed, but there was no any sign put up, it was sitting aside, hidden behind the shelves, so you would not guess it is closed. She could tell me earlier, but she waited until I I fully unloaded my cart."

"This particular Fred Meyer is starting to have some issues with online orders and pick-ups. While occasional mix-ups are expected, I have seen them with increasing frequency over the last several weeks. Several times I was given the wrong product. In one case, I was given the wrong order. This store is also chronically out of whole milk for pick-up. I know there is not a milk shortage in the area, as I can walk in to most any store and find full shelves. It is very irritating that I have to make a separate trip just to get milk. My final gripe for this store is gas. There is not a gas shortage in the area, but they are out of all grades of gasoline. All this combined points to poor management. Hopefully they can turn it back around soon, or I may have to start using a different brand."
