"I've been going here since I was a kid and I've always loved hot topic. The merchandise is always good and I love how many discounts that they have for online orders and in person purchasing. Plus, the customer service is always great and they're always patient, especially lately. However, the only thing that I wish would go back to is having plus size clothing in store, instead of having to order online and have to come into the store to pick up if you don't want to pay for shipping."
