"For the people upset because you have to have the owner give your forwarding address to the post office, ALL private mailbox services are like that. the Post Office will not forward from their competition, i.e. the private mailbox services. You might not like a business that uses her business, but it's an unreasonable expectation that anyone with a PMB service would do a background check on their potential clients. They could just as easily get a PO Box if there were ones available. She bends over backward to give people the service they want, I hear her telling people what their shipping options are, and what the cost is for each, giving them the option to take their pick."

"I've been a customer of Broadway Station for years. I love the convenient downtown Vancouver, WA location and the personal touch. The owner is kind and thoughtful. When I was moving and needed to mail packages to myself at my new place, she offered to pack them and ship them for a better price than I could find any where online. My mail has always been available when I needed it, safely there when I wasn't able to come regularly. I would recommend this small business to anyone. I've always enjoyed collecting my mail in the shabbily charming surroundings of Broadway Station and even more, I've always enjoyed my conversations with the owner. Incidentally, I stopped using a mail box place in Hazel Dell because they over charged for basic postal rates on an envelope. Broadway Station has always sought to give me the best price for all my shipping and mailing needs (which have been many over the years)."
