"I find this concept of flying appealing. I am retired and plan on traveling more, so I was considering KinectAir, but found it difficult to get any steady dialogue with KinectAir personnel. I emailed them, Liz Smith responded once, I emailed back several times with no reply. I called once, Jenna responded once , I called them back several times with no reply. I don't see how KinectAir can state clients can book short notice flight when I can't even contact any KinectAir employees with no response to my calls, messages and emails. Even their on-line Chat Now has not answered me. I emailed the CEO Katie and Co-CEO Ben with no response. KinectAir does not seem to be professional nor dependable which are important since I am entrusting my life with them when I fly. I don't believe all the other 5 star ratings are genuine. I will research other private flight agencies that have better service and communication."

"One word to describe our experience with KinectAir? Phenomenal. My girlfriends and I recently took a flight with KinectAir for our weekend getaway to Walla Walla, Washington. What normally would've been a 6.5 hour drive from Eugene, Oregon was reduced to a little over 1 hour and flying with KinectAir allowed us to literally cram as much fun as possible into two very abundant days.
