"Their voicemail says they open Mon-Sat 5am-10:30pm. It's now 6:15am and I've been calling them every couple minutes since 5 as they are my only way home from the hospital, and I still keep getting a voicemail saying to call during normal business hours. Yet, according to the very same message, I AM calling within their flipping hours!"

"While I have not ridden with the company I did interact with them over the phone. I called to lodge a complaint regarding one their drivers not wearing a mask while going through the drive thru. Upon calling the number I was greeted with a “Hello” as opposed to company name or info to know I had indeed called the company. When I lodged my complaint the person said that that was their driver and they’d been in the car together. After mentioning that not having a mask on while interacting with drive thru workers (who were wearing them) was a safety concern I was told that she didn’t know you had to wear a mask if the other person was. I hung up at that point. Safe practices and social distancing is important. Wearing a mask during Covid is self explanatory. Not a company I would have interest using."
