"The cab driver had called me to tell me that he was at my residence and then called me again 3 minutes later and was extremely ride and said that he was leaving if I wasn't out there soon. Mind you I live in a community where no one is allowed threw the front gates unless your a tenant. It's a community where the homeless are the only ones there but you have to be in recovery from drugs to be there. I also live all the way in the back of the community. Well because of where I live the driver assumed that I was in active addiction and when I went out to get in the vehicle it had only been 2 minutes I didn't see him. I called the company back and told them what had happened they had no remote and had not been apologetic at all. They sent me another cab driver but that one was just as rude as the one prior. After all of that I entered up missing my kids visit and that doesn't look good to DCYF and CPS. I had to call my case worker and tell her the situation and she said that it was canceled and I heard all 3 of my children crying for their mother (me) because I couldn't make it. I will NEVER NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER RIDE OR CALL THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
