Round Table Pizza

"Placed my order at 5:00 pm. At 6:15 I called the store to see when my pizza might be delivered and was told their computers were being “glitchy” but they could see I paid for food (couldn’t see what I ordered) and the order said take out so they were waiting for me to come in. I gave them my order and they said they would get on it. Approximately 45 minutes later the manager called me to tell me I needed to pay an additional $5 delivery fee. I asked her to waive this fee as the issue was on their end and not mine. She began to argue with me and then said “don’t worry I’ll take care of it” and “have a nice night”. The pizzas were never delivered and were canceled by the “manager”. I am still in shock that they would treat a customer this way. I honestly did nothing wrong here but was made to feel our dinner was on its way when it wasn’t. Very disappointed"

"This is my preferred round table now, ordered a pizza at the salmon creek location was told 20 minutes took over an hour. At this location told 20 minutes got my pizza in 19. Will only use this round table from now on. They emphasize personal service especially not using a call center. Will absolutely come here again."

"The pizza was amazing. The staff was so great and really work hard there. The kids had so much fun in the game room. I highly recommend this location for your next get together or party. We went for my son's 16th Birthday after they went to the escape room up the street. Such a fun time!!!"

"Being new to the area, we had never heard of Round Table before. I saw this location while shopping nearby and decided to try it out as we saw there were arcade games and big screens to catch a game on a Sunday night. I want to say, the food was not bad necessarily, but it was not worth the price. For the price of a personal size pizza, I could basically get two medium pizzas from a different pizza place. So the sticker shock was a bit real. One of the pizzas of the three we ordered was a veggie pizza and the veggies were hardly cooked and almost raw it seemed. Again, not “bad” but expected better for the price. The other two pizzas were pretty greasy and average. We also got an order of the boneless wings with buffalo sauce. Nothing special there. Just okay. The heater was out while we were there which I’m sure has to be temporary but definitely was a chilly dinner for us. I think the main appeal is having the big screens and typical food to catch the game but the prices for the quality are the biggest drawback."
