"Hands-down the best Panera Bread I’ve ever been to! My husband and I just moved here from Florida and I don’t know why, but the salads at this Panera are so much better quality than what I’m used to. The service is fast and fantastic, love eating here!"

"So I just wanted to stop in to try something new. They were out of what I wanted to try so I just ordered chai and when I got it it was cold and only half full. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. They only offered almond milk as an alternative. And when I called the manager that I spoke to said that they steam their milk and most of its foam. Only wanted to offer me a free cookie as replacement. While I was not looking for a replacement and just to generalize my concerns, I felt completely invalidated. I was extremely disappointed with my service over the phone and through the drive-thru and I will not be going back. Waste of time and money I will never get back."

She was excellent with her customer service skills and just all around great at making the issue right and keeping a customer coming back for future business. "What is a pizza without cheese…? Instead of cheese, they use a white cream sauce that taste like starchy milk. I never met the staff: you order in a computer and the staff calls your name for pickup. So, no real interaction. Atmosphere was fine: not good, not bad."
