"I had to wait two months for my appointment then they canceled it on me. When I didn’t get a reminder call, I had to reschedule. I brought my MRI disc which was missing the program to open the MRI. I offered several times to bring a new one with the program, which they didn’t want me to do. I have made four follow up phone calls. Two messages have been ignored. Two times I talked with someone who didn’t know what was going on or what we should do next. The doctor said I could have a fairly simple surgery for my back. I don’t think it should be this difficult to take the next steps to get me out of the daily pain I am in but it appears that the office is incapable of proceeding forward. I now have to start over (wasting three months) with another office."
