"Because I needed transportation to and from cataract surgery, my Ophthalmologist staff gave me a list of 7 companies that offered Medical Transportation. Going down the list calling each one, I stopped at #5, Mercy 1 Transportation. Christina answered the phone with such kindness and sincerity, I thought “This is the one”! The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The drivers, Darryl and Cheryl were superb! Both were professional, friendly and super helpful. Thank you Mercy 1 Transportation"

"To the owner: when reading these reviews from people left jammed up because of your drivers ditching or showing up late for clients you've contacted with, you (owner) give the same slack jaw responses,: " oh, I'll look into to it. Sometimes it's out of the drivers control. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Just skimming, I didn't see where you took the responsibility to pay for the ridder to make emergency transportation arrangements. Reimburse for arriving late for appointments, where in some cases a Dr's office will not see the person, And, charge the customer for a 'no show.' When my Dr's office gave me a short list of med transportation companies, your business wasn't in their top 5."

"The ride to my appointment was nearly late because the driver was driving so slowly. When it was time for me to be picked up from my appointment, they did not show up. I called and a lady answers yelling “You scheduled your ride a day late” which wasn’t true because I booked a ride through Community in Motion on Tuesday. It turns out they canceled my ride without me knowing. I won’t be using their services again."

"I scheduled a cab over a week ago for my son to get to his appointment today and they were supposed to arrive at 3:45. I had to call at 3:58 and again at 4:10 because they still hadn’t shown up. Luckily, I made it home at 4:14 and was able to take my son. He was late to his appointment though. When I called mercy west at 4:26 to ask about why the driver didn’t show they told me the driver was there at 4:05 which wasn’t the case as my son was waiting outside for them. They just said, “well, sorry about that.” Right after I hung up with them, my dad called to say a cab was at our house at 4:28 to pick him up. 10/10 don’t recommend."
