"They were very helpful on the phone, and at the front desk. There's no elevator for the second floor. But it's not bad getting in plenty of stairs center building and outer ends. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is a little small but has everything you need. Even silverware and plates and wash area. No garbage disposal so everything needs to go in the trash not down the sink. Didn't really watch much TV so, don't know much about it. Wi-Fi is free. They do have a breakfast downstairs. Did not utilize it so I don't know what it's like. Shower has plenty of hot water. We enjoyed this day. It seemed very quiet. Has McDonald's behind it. And the exchange gas station and mini Mart across the street. If you leave during the gate area it's very easy to get to on and off base. Otherwise you have to use the main gate. All in all it was very pleasant to stay and staff was very pleasant and helpful."
"Clerk personal were friendly courteous and very helpful. Rooms were clean and up to date. Also being very pet friendly, you wouldn't know it cause the rooms are very quite and solid with two available spots for them to go, just bring your poop bags. Lodge is conveniently accross from gas station next to McDonald's and down the road from the NEX."
"Clean rooms, nice amenities like a kitchenette, dressers, mini fridge, plates and cook wear. Giving one star because they failed to extend our stay and booked our room out to someone else. We were trying to stay another week because our housing move in date got pushed back. The receptionist I spoke to when I extended my reservation told me that their printer was down and I would have to come back to sign a few things but ensured me that my extension was in the system. I specifically asked her if everything was set just to make sure our room didn’t get booked out from under us. She assured me that it was in the system, and that our stay reservation was confirmed for the additional days. Then on the check out date of the original reservation I got a call from the front desk stating that we had to move out. When I explained the situation the manager was totally dismissive and refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake that was made on their end. Our room had in fact been booked our to another guest, and they didn’t have any rooms available. Very much in keeping with the low standards kept by the Navy and any Navy related services."
"Decent place. Looks remodeled from the last time we were here. Sucks there is no elevator between floors and the stairs is a long set of stairs. Hallways are muggy smelling, like the air isn't circulating. Continental breakfasts are nice from 0600-0900 (0930 on holidays and weekends) and the staff is nice. Vending machines are ample and rooms have kitchens."
"Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is so friendly. They did have to shut the water off during our stay , which was an inconvenience. Recommend doing that work during the night when people are sleeping. Coffee is always hot and ready."
