"I grew up right around the corner from the original five guys, I’ve been all over the east coast eating five guys tonight was truly the first time in 20 years the burgers were not five guy burgers (it was actually inedible, first time I never ate the whole dang burger) and I could tell as I watched them make the burgers that they were not the same the patties were sooooo fat it wasn’t even funny. I’ve eaten here before and it was exactly as every other five guys, and for a $50 meal you are better going to McDonald’s (I hate to say it but save yourself money, exactly same quality) hopefully they get better but I know I won’t be going back for a long time."

"Hadn’t been to 5 guys in awhile. This place was super busy but they were cranking out the burgers. Definitely near the top of the fast food chains but super pricey. I’d go back but only once in a blue moon cause of the price point."

"At around 5:00 pm on a Wednesday, there were three people eating in the restaurant and no one in line. I ordered the smallest burger on the menu, the smallest fries, and the smallest drink and paid $18.00. There were 5 guys working behind the counter, but it took 20 minutes to receive my food. Another customer received the wrong item and had to wait almost as long to get her item replaced. The tables were not clean. There was nothing special about the burger. The fries were good, but I question the high cost for the product you receive here. It's not really "fast food" if you have to wait 20 minutes. It's not a nice dining experience if there is no wait staff and no clean place to sit. I think I will choose a different place in the future."

"I have to say, we have been to 5 guys in California, Utah, Florida, and now Washington. The business model is perfection, the staff all work well together, the food is excellent and consistent. It’s the perfect place to one of the best burgers out there. Who can resist the free peanuts? The friendly staff and build your own burgers. Fried are hot, delicious and give plenty!"
