About Us
Hops n Drops is a neighborhood gathering place located at 3171 Northwest Bucklin Hill Road in Silverdale, Washington. This institution offers a fun and safe environment for neighbors to meet and friends to gather. The menu features 100% Angus beef burgers, hand-shaken real fruit icy drops, and a variety of craft beers. The institution was founded in 2009 by Mark Eggen with the mission of creating a fresh, delicious, and fun experience for guests while supporting the community. Now led by Mark's son, Kevin Eggen, as CEO, and son-in-law, Tommy Tribbett, as CFO, Hops n Drops has expanded to three states and employs over 1000 team members. The menu includes a variety of burgers, salads, sandwiches, macs, soups, and more, all made in-house with care. The institution also offers delivery, growlers to go, and a daily breakfast menu. Happy hour is available twice a day in both the bar and dining room, featuring craft cocktails, backyard beers, and menu items at great prices. "Stopped in for lunch, and even though they were packed, the service was amazing! Multiple staff would check in to see if we needed anything and make sure our drinks were full.
