"The cashier seemed newish, and it was very short staffed. His coworker/manger(?) was unbelievably rude towards him. He was telling him off loudly and in front of every single customer. Embarrassing him and making a scene. I understand that it can get overwhelming and stressful in fast food. However, it doesn't give anyone the right to be mean to your employees. Manager or not. It's a bad look! Peppermint frosty was 10/10 though I would recommend it."

"I've noticed they get overwhelmed with huge mobile orders around dinnertime (4-6 pm). Also it seems during that time, they don't have a lot of help, so be patient with the staff. They're stressed too. The staff are usually friendly and want to help! Cold food is usually the product of the lamps not being hot enough for the fries, and whoever is up front being caught up with the crazy amount of people orders crazy amounts of food."

"Went in at lunchtime 12:30, used the drive-thru, and ordered 2 burgers, baconator fries, and 10pc regular nuggets. Nuggets were barely warm, fries had a tiny dollop of cheese and 3 half strips of bacon not even broken into pieces just strips. That is disgusting. I was in fast food for 35 years and can't believe how many fast food restaurants should be closed down because they don't take food safety seriously. Wendy's used to be great, one of the best and now I can't even eat the food."

"We went in because the drive through was backed up. Also blocking the hanicap parking spaces. The wait was not so good. Only one (new person at the counter) & only one in front of us. It took about 10-minutes to take our order. (Short staffed?) Then it was another 15 or so minutes to get our order called to us. The hamburgers were cold, the cheese looked like it came right out the refrigerator not even a little melted. Even the bun was cold. The fries weren't full for the size of our order maybe half full and Luke warm. The trash in the restraint was overflowing. Not a good experience at that location in Silverdale."

"Just left there and not only was the African American girl at the second window rude as hell but they didn’t give us our fries I just spent 50 bucks and they forget a bag and had an attitude . Who wants to drive back 10 minutes to get some fries to eat with your now cold burger. Super irritated . Of coarse their phone is just busy anytime u call so u can’t get thru . Urge"
