"I would caution against tipping on their order app. Wait until your food arrives then determine if a tip is warranted. Last visit I requested a hand delivery and person delivering just left food on the ground in the cold. Didn’t even ring doorbell. If the manager is reading this, happy to contact you so you can determine who made the delivery."
