"This place is the worst taco bell ever they let me set in line for 10min while they took other orders then said we are closed when it got to me after i done set in line. I want ever go back an I don't suggest anybody else either. This store should be shut down cause it gives everyone trouble. Multiple times I been here an it's worst everytime. And I'm sure the owner don't read these or he would do something already. Hell it says open now an THEY ARE NOT OPEN"

"If you ask for no sour cream on anything and they proceed to cover the tacos in sour cream, then the amount of meat that was used was about 2 teaspoons....that's wrong. I get prices have gone up, but that doesn't mean you raise the prices and give customers garbage. Done with them, it has happened far too many times at this particular taco bell."

"I have ordered from your restaurant 3 times, and 3 times I have hair in my mouth after taking a bite. Everyone in the kitchen especially the managers all need firing and replaced with an automated system because at least robots don't bald in ypur food. Oh and I called 2 times but yous say well we wear hair nets, aparently that takes the hair out of my mouth, that's what makes everything better. These guys are clowns. Seriously 3 orders in a row! I just moved here what a very bad impression. The worst of it all is I should have just sued you into the next century, maybe I'll order again and get a damn near guaranteed lottery ticket delivered to me. Then they'll fire everyone on shift and the next crew might be able to handle the taco bell life. You're jokes. Can't even work fast food right. Crist the stuffs frozen and/or pre-made like the one thing you need to watch is your hair. Losers."

"Could be better at different times in the day, when they’re forced to actually care, but let me tell you. Night time, when you’d think be with people they’d mostly vibe with would order, they screw over the most. I door dashed an order that had a crunch wrap supreme, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a Chalupa. The crunch wrap supreme barely had ANY meat on it, the cheesy Gordita crunch had no lettuce or cheese on it, the chalupa had barely ANY meat on it as if I ordered a salad. We called and told them about the door dash order and that we would come in person Instead. The person who was at the window was minimal and stand off ish, and we re ordered our food.. the cheesy Gordita crunch still had zero lettuce. You can’t trust what’s going on nowadays as they don’t care about the type of service they give it about what you say is lacking. And you don’t want to say TOO much to risk them spitting in the food. If they haven’t already. The pandemic doesn’t matter because nobody is getting fired if they’re pretending like they’re willing to work. Long story short, service sucks, and food quality is worse than fast food. Silverdale sucks. Pictures I added are from the original order."

"Just stopped in for lunch with my boys. Took 20 minutes in the lobby to get food! Employees had the lights off in the dining area so it looked like they were closed so they didn't have to work. Soon as we came in they had to scramble back to make us our food! Wow! This is not the type of service that's going to help our economy! Don't come here. Sorry but that is unacceptable. Wonder if the owner knows how much his morning crew is costing him???"
