"Ridiculous prices, no security, charges extra for amenities you can’t even use. We paid extra for “secured” parking and my car was broken into 3 times while we lived there and there was nothing done to remedy things including fixing their broken security camera. I reported blood on the walls of our buildings hallways and doors to main areas and nothing was done until I involved upper management. They’re happy to get you in the door and unapologetic for concerns until your lease ends. Good luck."

"Hermela and Justina very helpful and great from the beginning. Virtual tour was great with hermela answer all the question I asked. Justina fast response time after my application process and overall was impressed by the communication with me on move in. Great job guys keep up the good work."

"For Future tenants who intrested in moving to this Apt complex! I wouldn't recomment this, Has parking issues. No parking at all, You have to have rent a parking spot and can only the car be able to park on that spot that you pay for, If you parked a none registered car on the spot you rent does not matter they'll have it towed anyway. from your own spot that you rent for $100 month. One resident can not have 2 cars. She registered one of her two cars on the spot and parked the other car on her parking spot that she paid for monthly then they called a towing on her! What a F? They don't even provide single free parking for their tinant who live at. Can not believe this happened to a single Mother who has two kids and have two cars."

"UPDATE: The property manager got in touch after my original review was written, promising improvements that never materialized - instead the situation got worse. Then, six months after moving out, we received a $900 bill for damages **in addition** to keeping the deposit, all of which was blatantly illegal. We contested and eventually got the charges dropped and received our deposit, but it took a month of threatening to sue and enduring threatening collection calls for that to happen. (Even then, they conveniently forgot to put the check in the mail until I confronted them weeks later). The grounds are lovely and the location is decent, but that's the extent of the positive things I can say about this place. Management was so unhelpful we stopped bothering to talk to them. Maintenance told us our washing machine that flooded regularly was working fine, and closed multiple tickets without actually doing the task. The fire alarm system was broken and went off regularly. Two years of construction began without any warning or end-date, and we were forced to sign a waiver essentially saying we weren't allowed to complain about it. And that's all just the tip of the terrible iceberg. Bottom Line: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Honestly, avoid anyplace run by Security Properties. Under different management, Echo Lake Apartments could be great, but for now, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
