"My daughter and I love the staff at Arabella. The maintenance team works very hard to get the work order completed and that everything works when they are done and we are satisfied. Kia and Shane are so helpful and nice to the residents. They are the best!"

"Not a good experience. Terrible management, hallways are unclean and littered with animal waste, paper thin walls, a major ant problem, and management will do whatever they can in an attempt to screw you out of a deposit. They used my deposit to buy brand new carpet for the whole unit. Had to take them to small claims court to recover it. Only plus is it’s very cheap for the area and unit was spacious."

"hope you like fire engine sirens! 11pm, 3am, noon, it's all fair game! Rest assured that you will never rest soundly again. "Wait, NE 180th is a residential street- doesn't the fire dept wait until they're on 15th Ave NE to blare their deafening wails?" Absolutely never. The rescue begins once the bay doors open. This is to assure every tenant that they are on a MISSION: to maybe put out a fire, & to definitely make sure you never sleep peacefully as long as you live here."

"I recently moved in to a unit at Arabella and I couldn't be happier. The building is nice, and the maintenance and front office staff are even nicer. Shane especially has been very helpful with all of my questions after moving in and has been very responsive and thorough. I really appreciate the whole crew that is working on helping make our residence as pleasant as possible!"

"Just save your time and look elsewhere, the prices reflect the apartment and customer service they provide. Apartment walls are super thin and you can literally hear your neighbors conversations. When moving out they make it seem as if they got things covered, don't worry it'll all be on your tab in the end! Some charges were fair, the majority of them weren't. I've lived at 4 different complexes now, and not once did I have this happen to me. Unethical and dishonest at the very least."
