"The Current is a wonderful community & the office staff are amazing! Nicole and Kionna genuinely care about residents, and it has made my beautiful home feel even more cozy knowing this. They do fun resident events monthly & I always love to see the cute "pet of the month" signs in the elevator :). The gym is massive, which is rare for apartment communities - so I feel lucky to have access to such a great facility. Maintenance is always on top of their game, my first request I put in was responded to within a couple of hours! Highly recommend."

"This is a review for the Current's superstar leasing agent Kionna. I will preface by saying I am not even a resident (yet). Full transparency coming your way. I have never felt so taken care of! Long story short, there is "blippity blip" on my credit report that has been resolved. Said "blippity blip" has been resolved, but is still on my credit report triggering their 3rd part screening company to investigate the issue. I was hoping to move this month, but the investigation could go on to mid-March. Kionna has gone above in beyond by leaps and bounds to try to have the investigation resolved as quickly as possible, from calling the screening company, answering my numerous emails and phone calls, and while her hands are tied, she even sent me links for potential places to stay while waiting for the investigation to clear. Completely blown away. I was (fortunately) able to extend my stay where I am, but the thought that someone would be so thoughtful absolutely made my day and made me want to live there even more. Sheer kindess and compassion. I hope her bosses are reading this and I can't wait to be a tenant there! Kionna is a rockstar and deserves all the things!"

"We moved in last month and so far we are really liking it here. Responsive and helpful staff, clean amenities, good location, nice neighbors... I really like the cosy working/community spaces they provide. We had a problem with the fridge and I was fixed quickly. Also very pet friendly. Just look for Sara and Hillary from leasing :)"
