"We stayed here for a year and loved our stay here. The leasing office staff is nice and very friendly. They host fun events almost twice a month and sometimes even more frequently. The events are a great way to meet other members living in the community. The rooftop is amazing especially during the summer months and the comnuniity lounge is great for having friends or when working from home and need a change of scenery. The location is also perfect, Costco is right across the street, Safeway and Fred Meyer are 10 minutes walk. Bus stops right across the street with connectivity to Seattle Downtown. All in all, our stay here was amazing definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place away from busy street of Downtown yet not too far from all the best things Seattle has got."

"I've had the opportunity of coming to visit The Artiste a couple times now and I must say, I would greatly enjoy living here! The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, the entire building is absolutely pristine when it comes to cleanliness and design, and there's plenty of room for you, your friends, and fur babies to enjoy life to the fullest with the community areas including a beautiful rooftop and courtyard area they provide, as well as everything you could possibly need within walking distance or only a short 15 minutes away! I'm glad I've been able to stay with friends here and look forward to every return! What's better than coming home to a family environment? The Artiste definitely deserves ten out of five stars!"

"Staying in the Artiste have been an absolute delight...the location is unbeatable...the apartment itself is beautiful...the lobby is always well-lit and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere and making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided are fantastic perks...and the management team Evan, Elisa, Alex are incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests or issues...Great place and great people! Once chosen, i dont feel like trying anywhere else..."

"I lived here from 04/21-06/23. Overall it was amazing to live here. The management is incredible, probably the best apartment management I’ve had in my life. Evan is great and Alex the maintenance guy is the beast. Always super helpful, any my questions or concerns they fixed in timely manner. Apartment is clean and in a good shape. I loved huge storage unit only for $30 a month. They have carts to carry heavy stuff available anytime. This was very helpful and unusual for other places I’ve lived before. Highly recommend to rent here!"
