Not only was everything handled quickly and efficiently but never have I experienced such a dedicated and kind manager. I was heartbroken that I had to leave, I hope the next tenant loves this home as much as I did! Thank you for everything!"

"Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. Expect to get ripped off and deceived on everything from your deposit to your parking space. Additionally, sketchy people frequently visit at night to do drugs, prowl cars, or even assault residents. Save yourself the trouble, don't lease here."

"I absolutely love this place. I always get contacted immediately after I have requested assistance. This is one of the cheapest apartments we could find. Their studios are way bigger than a studio you'd find in Seattle. It has very easy parking and is very close to a lot of things. Everyone is so nice here and I couldn't be happier. Our place also stays nice and toasty warm in the winter which I was informed was going to be hard... It's not. I love this complex!"
