"Was looking for a place to rent! The landlord is very awesome, and kind. That's important when renting apartments. The 2 bd was nice just didn't like the spot it was in!"
"I am enjoying my living here at LHA mainly because of the people here. The management is friendly and go out of their way to help with any problem I may have. The other residents are basically quiet and considerate. Sometimes it is so quiet here I find myself looking outside to see if anyone else is around. Moving here has become one of the better things I've done for myself."
"The staff here is the only redeeming quality. Building is dated and apartments are small for the price. Old everything, creaky floors, I listen to my upstairs neighbors all day, everyday. Mostly section 8 living here or disability. Constant crime, theft, drug use in area. Apartments one block over are a known meth head hang out. Car was stolen from my assigned spot. Power has issues, as of now I’m sitting without power for 4 hours. Frankly, not a great place to live, and the only thing that’s kept me from losing it is the manager Marcella, she is an angel. I’d look elsewhere for the price."
"I lived here for two and a half years and had nothing but a good experience. Marcella and Kari were always very helpful and very willing to work with me and I never had a problem getting in contact with them . Maintenance has always been very quick with any problems I've had with the apartment. The apartments themselves are very spacious (there's also an extra storage place on your patio/balcony which is really useful for outdoor equipment/tools/etc). Rent here is fantastic, especially with the Seattle market skyrocketing right now. The only reason I moved is to get closer to the UW Seattle campus (not paying $250/quarter to park), otherwise I'd probably stay here. 10/10, would rent again."
"I lived here for a few years and Management got worse and worse. They are very rude. Staff is hardly ever on site. Phone calls are not returned. There is a lot of theft on site and a lot of druggies coming in and out of these apartments. This place is not safe and rent is crazy high for how small and old these units are. Cops are called constantly due to domestic violence issues and the fire department is there close to once a month in the middle of the night. Really one of the worst places I have ever lived. It's scary. Do not rent here. It's a total dump. You will regret it."
