Ion Town Center

"From the outside it seems like a decent community with lots of amenities. But on the flip side it’s proving to be a renters nightmare. Warning : If you are a light sleeper, please consider somewhere else. I have been troubled by the constant headaches caused by the fire alarms going off anytime during the day and night. The incompetent construction and security team has made living in this community a real struggle. To name a few things: 1. fire alarms going off anytime and this has been a constant paint point since day 1 , no proper effort really made to resolve the problem especially for heart patients who get can triggered with these constant loud noise. 2. The so called new age butterfly MX door system barely works. 3. The elevator smells like dog urine. 4. Appliances wrongly configured and bathroom finished poorly causing all the water to drain to the main floor. The management staff has no real solution to any problem and rather beat around the bush, applying bandaid fixes and never addressing the real problem. So, I made the mistake and I’m bearing the brunt of moving here considering it’s a new building but clearly they didn’t perform any of the checks to really make it pleasantly Livable ."

"My experience as a new resident at Ion Town Center has been truly exceptional. I wanted to live in a new community where I felt secure and close to local beach parks, shopping, and Seattle. Here, I got all that and more. The community checks everything on my list – an upscale design with amenities like safe parking, 24/7 fitness center, a sky lounge, and even a sunset deck with firepit seating. The leasing professionals are very approachable and informed, genuinely considering my needs. If you want great customer service and a beautiful community near Seattle and surrounding areas, you won’t do better than living at Ion."

"Hey guys I want to share my very horrific experience so far living at ion apartments. - first off the elevators always breaking down (both) so I and many other residents were forced to climb stairs all the way up to wherever floor we live in. Some of us had to carry our heavy groceries, and my partner has a temporary disability and we had to go through a lot to reach our apartment. Not mentioning how dirty the elevators are when they do work! (Dog urine, stinks like animal and feces) It’s hard to call this place a home. There are many cheaper better , calmer and friendlier places to rent. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO LEASE HERE!"

"As a current resident, I’ve had nothing but a headache with the leasing staff. 1. Parking - I talked to Courtney about changing my parking spot, and she didn’t incorporate that to my lease. The manager told me since it isn’t on the lease I have to move my spot. I didn’t want to create more problems but the way that Jameson initially spoke to me felt very rude. As I mentioned in the phone call, it was the apartment that made a mistake, and I definitely didn’t receive any apologies. It was like oh f it whatever 2. Online Portal - I have been living here for a month and I still haven’t received a resident portal invitation. I am not sure what is taking them so long, but I haven’t had any updates or calls on when this issue will be resolved. With my experience with the move, I wanted to rate 1 star. The building is very clean, and definitely in the right area. I’ve had worse leasing staff but they’re definitely not the best either."
