"Booked this room because of the pool & hot tub & surprise it's under construction seriously that should be listed on the website because I wouldn't of stayed here..... Got here 1st room thermostat didn't work switched rooms and the 2nd room shower wasn't cleaned ,hair and a dirty hand prints on the shower wall! DISAPPOINTED. Never will stay here again....."

"Kaitlyn and Terry were amazing. My husband had class at the community College for a few days. I have auto immune issues and they made sure our room was done early so I didn't have to drive around all day. It was great conversating with them everyday that we were there. Thank you ladies for making our stay amazing. We will definitely be back!"

"We are locals who spent the night while our house was under an invasive renovation. I picked this location specifically for the indoor pool for my kids. We were super disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. Had this been listed online, we would have gone elsewhere. The exterior doors in the rooms lack privacy, there’s no rubber stripping on the bottom so you can hear everything in the hall way. You can even see the shadows from people’s feet walking by! The bath water was brown and the room updates are very sloppy. We will not recommend this location to friends visiting from out of town."

"Unfair to comment at this point as it was undergoing extensive renovations when we stayed there. The staff was great and handled the chaotic situation very professionally. Will likely stay there again as it is in a very good location for access to the north-east side of the Portland area."
