"We’ve lived here 6 years and it’s a hidden gem. We’ve never felt unsafe, great closet space, large kitchens and it’s very well maintained. The grounds are always kept clean and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend."
"I lived here for four years, if I could continue living in an apartment managed and maintained by these same people I would do so happily. If you have a complaint (which was rare for me), they will address it. The apartments are very well kept, with maintenance crews routinely cleaning outside walls, porches, and windows as well as trimming trees and upgrading things such as plumbing when required. The location is right on the edge of what I would consider to be Troutdale, the area is nice with quite a few parks and places to see. For the price, I don't think you'll find a better complex without income restrictions. The ladies in the office are some of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met, and I will miss them and this complex. In short, if you are looking for an apartment in this area, Mountain Meadows should be high on your list."
"Big, spacious apartments. Overpriced, for being what they are in Gresham, but all apartments are overpriced these days. Expensive to keep heated, as well. Large bedrooms but smaller living spaces, which is great for those whom enjoy those proportions. I do not. Huge kitchen and w/d in unit are its only saving graces. Quiet neighborhood off a busy street. If you walk or use public transit it's quite a distance from reliable bus lines or decent shops, including groceries. If you drive it's technically close to everything and nothing at the same time."
"I've lived here for about 9 months now and thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. It's not perfect, but for an apartment complex it's decent. I don't feel unsafe and have never worried about my possessions. Overall it definitely hasn't been bad, but also hasn't been amazing. Pricing seems steep ($1300 / 2bd 2ba), but that's the general trend in the Portland metro area. Only one assigned parking spot per unit - parking can be annoying as visitor spots will fill up, causing you to walk across the complex to get home. One of the first things I noticed when I moved in is that most components (countertops, flooring, doors) in the unit are of the cheap variety. It's comfortable, but for the price I expect a little more quality living space. Management is responsive and maintenace staff have always been timely and professional. If your budget dictates that you have to live in an apartment complex, this isn't a bad option."
"At the time of writing the review, I love living here but have only been here for about a month. I live in a 1100 sqft apartment with two master bedrooms with their own walk-in closets, and full bathrooms. One bedrooms bathroom connects to the guest bathroom. The staff is super nice and understanding. They don't have pet rent, only pet deposit. Trash is included in rent and being troutdale, sewer and water is about $17 per person. They have a 24 hour fitness room and a pool that's open during the summer. So far maintenance is quick and professional but I haven't really had to use them because this place has good upkeep. The complaints I have about this place is you only get one reserved parking spot regardless of how many people live with you. You can't buy additional spaces either. So whoever doesn't have the reserved spot has to hope a visitor spot is available. They rarely are so you are forced to park on the street, which is also normally very full. In short, parking is horrible here if you don't have a reserved spot. But, if you can deal with that it's a great place to live. Oh, it's also fairly quiet even with a playground for the kids; and there's plenty of children here."
