"I have been living at Eagle Ridge for going on 3 years now and I truly enjoy it. They are pet friendly, so that was a plus for my family. Jessica, the office manager was pleasant through the whole process. Additionally, I appreciate the efficiency when I have submitted a maintenance request and the staff make it even more pleasant."

"Lived here while looking to buy a home. So many issues with this place. We moved out 9 months ago and now they are suddenly saying we owe them money that I already paid them. Had to go through old records on my end to prove it. They charged us for absolutely everything when we moved out. Do not expect any deposit back and expect to be charged for things no other apartment has ever charged you for. Maintenance crew was the only thing going for this place. Lodges at Lake Salish are a million times better. Wish we had stayed there knowing what I know now. Do not give this place a dime of your hard earned money!!!!"

"Pros - practically brand new, so not a lot of old smells lingering or layers of old paint or any of that. New appliances. Open space and fairly decent color schemes since it's not just white on white on white. Cons - Overpriced. No sidewalk or parking lot cleaning after winter weather. Refuse to let the USPS leave packages at the office even though an addendum to the lease to do so is signed. Absolutely no communication about anything is sent at all or in a timely manner about anything including maintenance delays or office closers sent out to the community, responses to questions through email or left on voice mail, but they can send emails and texts with storage deals! Bad sound proofing as in none. And last but not least, take a picture of EVERY SINGLE SURFACE before moving anything in. I was charged $219 to "Replace freezer door due to dent" I'm attaching pictures of my freezer after I cleaned the apartment for move out so you can see the "DENT". Also, I had a magnetic spice shelf on my freezer the whole time I lived there, and there isn't any way I could have caused it, so it was probably there when I moved in and I either didn't notice it or it was so negligible to a normal person that it didn't even register as a thing."
