"I'm leaving a review because the owners and management have changed in the middle of covid .The transition for me was very hard because I don't like change .Now that it's been a few years I have to say I'm happy with the STAFF HERE.They take care the property here very well one thing that is a big deal to me is the garbage area .In the 15 years I've lived here I had to walk thru sludge to put my trash in the compactor since the newest manager and maintenance has been here the compactor area is much cleaner and you don't have to walk thru muck to put your trash in the compactor .Thank you"

"We have lived here for 10 years. The maintenance staff is very kind and considerate. If you need something taken care of, it is done immediately. My husband has had many hospitalizations. They helped us tremendously. One maintenance person stopped my husband outside and told him they knew he had been sick and if we needed anything to tell them. That was reassuring. The office staff goes above and beyond to help us. Thank you Troutdale Terrace, we are so grateful we live here. Also a neighbor I don't even know until today, knocked on our door and gave us 2 big jugs of water, because of very high temperatures for a few days. She said the stores are running out. That is special."

"Management could be better. We got along with them just fine and lived peacefully. but when it came to signing or leaving, or maintaince, it takes a while. Units are AMAZING. One of my fave places very spacious and so much extra parking, and confident to gas stations shops and restaurants and freeway! When leaving this apartment we got charged for ridiculous things, which we let go since we never did a walk through with management at the end. But I'm guessing someone sued the apartments over something, because 1.5 years later we get a refund check from someone's settlement or something on this apartment and everyone who lived there that year I think. Still no clue what happened"

"Pay your rent on time and be courteous to your neighbors and the property and you will have a wonderful experience! We've now lived here for 2 years and zero complaints. They're constantly improving the place (exterior painting, repaved parking space, etc) and the apartment complex is well kempt. Having maintenance issues? Let them know and they're on it. The office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Actually, the only negative about these apartments is that there's a waiting list most of the time. I bet that's because nobody wants to leave."
