"I just pulled in here to show my friend this apartment complex because they are possibly looking to rent. She did not go up to the office but she did like the apartment complex and it looked okay. She may be calling them for an appointment to go in and see what they have to offer."

"I would give a lower rating if possible. There is not enough parking here. For anyone looking to move here....DON'T. The managers keep saying "we are looking into possible solutions for the parking problem". Unless they are going to knock one of the apartment buildings down the problem will never be fixed. I wish I never moved here. So again, look else where, this place is a joke that you will have to pay for. Dont waste your hard earned money here."

"I left this apartment complex in October of 2017, after signing a "roommate addendum" with the apartment manager and my roommate. The addendum made the roommate solely responsible for the lease, which was in good standing when I left. It is now February 2019, and I just got a paper where they have sent me to collections. I was never notified of anything beforehand (nor should I have been since I hadn't been on the lease since October of 2017). I will now forever have to worry that their screw up is affecting my credit and rental history... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They clearly do not have their stuff together."
