"There are not enough words to say enough about the absolutely amazing service from Laura and Shelly...I can not thank them enough for all the help they were to me and my family... Many phone calls and finding all the needed solutions was more then appreciated and will never be forgotten.... The room was wonderfully clean on arrival, no issues all the way around.... 20 stars+++ to Laura and Shelly!!! Thank you so very much and God bless you both and all your loved ones!!"

"Laura gave me the best service anyone has ever given me at a Motel 6. She’s honestly the sweetest woman ever! The service they give is amazing. The rooms are perfectly clean. The housekeepers go the extra mile for you. And they even call you to ask how your stay is! I haven’t had a call like that since I stayed at the Best Western! It’s a great location too, right next to a gas station, truck stop and some fast food! There’s even a mall outlet down the street! I’ve been here for almost two weeks due to being homeless and this almost feels like home. Good job Laura! Thank you for making everyone here feel comfortable and at home!"

"My experience staying here was above excellent. Laura, the hotel manager was very kind and went all out to accommodate a booking related matter. The remaining staff was also fabulous. The room was comfortable, clean, and in good shape. The rates were excellent and overall staying here was a very good value. I definitely highly recommend!"

"The room was was really affordable and the location was ideal with it being right off the freeway. Room was clean and shower had great water pressure. I was really impressed with the staff at this location. Shelley at the front desk was amazing She made us feel welcomed immediately. She took the time to answer our questions and gave some great recommendations for places to get some food. Would highly recommend because of the 5star customer service I got from her. "The staff here is amazing. With the exception of Mike who is not only rude but lacks moral fiber. I work over the road and have been on an extended contract here in the Portland area. I could have gotten an apartment long ago but haven’t because I like this place so much. Yes the building is old. Yes it’s a motel 6 but the staff here makes you feel like they care about you. Even the manger Laura is willing to step in personally and handle any issues that you might have. Kaitlyn at the front desk is friendly and personable. She remembers your name and small personal details about you like work schedule or current events in your life. She will even walk packages to your room if you have so delivered there. The head housekeeper has a sharp attention to detail and most of the new staff are also very friendly and professional. When I bring my guys in from out of state I have them stay here they all like it here too. You can’t beat the staff, you can’t beat the price, and the location. The location is so good. It’s far enough away from Portland to not be with the Portland drama but close enough that you are in Portland in 10 min. I love this place 10 out of 10 do recommend."
