"This was the most scary appointment I have been to in my whole life. Dr. V was very knowledgeable, but had a TERRIBLE bedside manner. I was terrified. I am post stroke and went for help and guidence and recieved inappropriate personal attacks. I am by no means a soft skinned soul, or the epitomy of good health....but this was innaporiate and noone should be called "a ticking time-bomb", or told that they should "just order your tomnstone". I went for education, I know there is a problem... I had a stroke. I did not need this experience and WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I feel sorry for his staff and anyone else he talks to this way. Being "from NY and blunt" does not give you an excuse to talk to people in a manner that scares them and causes more damage. I went for high BP, and left with even HIGHER! I was up all night in fear, and should not be scared to just live, wondering if what I do will end in another stroke. That is not ok. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED!"
